Armenia’s second President and leader of the “Armenia” Alliance, Robert Kocharyan, held a press conference during which he addressed issues related to Armenia’s security, touched upon the Declaration of Shushi, and spoke about the economic risks connected to the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border.

The President also presented what the Istanbul Convention actually entails and discussed the possibility of resuming negotiations on Artsakh.

Robert Kocharyan also responded to questions regarding the opposition’s street protests and the activities of the “Armenia” parliamentary faction.
