I congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh.

The people of Artsakh have repeatedly proven that even in seemingly hopeless situations, they can unite their strength, stay focused, and achieve historic victories.

Today, just like 31 years ago, we must do everything possible — and even the impossible — to defend Artsakh’s independence.
