Armenia’s second President and leader of the “Armenia” Alliance, Robert Kocharyan, summarized the political year during a press conference, where he addressed the security issues facing the country.

The President noted that, essentially, nothing had been done over the past year to improve the combat readiness of the army.

He also responded to questions regarding Armenian-Turkish and Armenian-Russian relations, as well as the settlement of the Artsakh issue, providing details on specific episodes of those negotiations.
