Dear compatriots,
Thirty-four years ago today marked the beginning of a challenging yet hopeful chapter for Artsakh and the entire Armenian people — a movement that led to the rebirth of Artsakh.

The entire Armenian nation took part in this movement. Following glorious victories, Armenia, Artsakh, and the Diaspora united in rebuilding the Republic of Artsakh and strengthening its statehood.

Today, however, I extend my congratulations on Artsakh Revival Day with a heavy heart.
We are obligated to rediscover our strength, determination, and unity to overcome despair and the consequences of defeat.

Artsakh will always be ours.
