The Billionaire Crying “No to Looting”: Bagrat Mikoyan Responds

I read yet another delusional rant.
A person who has held various state positions since 1992 — and who, as a result of those roles or in direct connection with them, became a billionaire — one of Yerevan’s most well-known “market men,” a beneficiary of close ties during the HHSh regime and his in-law Vano’s rule, was clearly in a state of psychological breakdown.

It was amusing to hear Grrzo complain about looting.

Perhaps soon we’ll see a so-called civic activist named Khachik staging “No to Looting” protests and hunger strikes in front of the Sirius factory, the “Rossiya” cinema-turned-bazaar, the park adjacent to it, the “Sil Plaza” building acquired for pennies while in office, and dozens of other properties.

I am confident that one day it will indeed be subject to investigation — how state official Khachik became a billionaire.

As for the character experiencing a nervous outburst, let’s calm him down with the words of a classic:
“Calm down, Masha, I’m Dubrovsky.”
